Center Stage Grille & Bar

Branson’s Center Stage Grille & Bar is a family friendly venue on the Strip featuring fresh, homemade food, live entertainment and exceptional coffee, teas and baked treats.

Branson’s family-owned and operated Center Stage Grille and Kaffee Haus is a bright, cheery restaurant and adjacent café on the Strip with an extensive menu of delicious delicacies.

“We are a family restaurant,” says co-owner and general manager Leah Kendall.

Center Stage has been open since September 2015. Menu items, which are mostly American with a touch of European fare, are made from scratch by Center Stage’s chef and co-owner Bill Kitchin and his culinary team. His culinary experience includes being the personal chef for Ann-Margret Olsson, better know as famous actress Ann-Margret.

Kendall says that Center Stage also caters and does take-out. Kendall’s experience is mostly in catering, she says. Their menu offers many delicious appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts. Daily specials are also on the menu. Sunday’s feature is Fried Chicken, which is said to be the best in Branson. Kendall said a gluten-free version of the chicken is also offered, which customers come back for. Tuesdays, you can say “Guten tag!” to Schnitzelmania, which features schnitzel (hand-pounded pork cutlet breaded, fried and seasoned) dishes from Germany. Wednesdays is all-you-care-to-eat Catfish. On Thursdays, their Chuckwagon BBQ Platter is offered; and Fridays and Saturdays, Smoked Prime Rib is on the menu.

Branson’s Center Stage Grille also serves breakfast. On the menu, items include traditional breakfast fare with a few new unique items, such as the house-made Corned Beef Hash, Shrimp & Grits, which is made with seared shrimp and sautéed onions, green peppers and jalapeños and grits, Praline French Toast and much more. The restaurant and café also specializes in gluten-sensitive entrees, desserts and homemade bread. Their bakery sells custom cakes and dinner rolls, as well.

Professional musicians provide entertainment while patrons dine. “We have entertainment on all days except Sunday,” Kendall said. Aspiring young musicians, as well as tenured entertainers perform music from a variety of music genres. The music is loud enough to enjoy and quiet enough to enjoy table conversation at the same time.

Branson’s Center Stage Grille is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Kaffee Haus is open Sunday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Both the restaurant and café are located at 1810 Country Music Boulevard (West Highway 76) in Branson.
